Delivery
When will I get my order, and how much will it cost?
All items are sent from the UK within 48 hours of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated.
UK customers can choose from the following courier options during checkout:
- DHL -2 Working Days - £10.00 for up to 12 kg
- Interparcel -1-3 Working Days - £8.00 for up to 12 kg
- Hermes - 3-5 Working Days - £7.00 for up to 12 kg
- TNT Next Working Day - £12.00 for up to 12 kg
As shown above, delivery charges are calculated on weight. Door defenders weigh 1.5kg per unit, so you can have up to 8 units delivered for the above prices.
If you opt for the next day delivery on a Friday please be aware that the parcel may be delivered on either the Saturday or the Monday. Orders places on a Saturday or Sunday will not be sent until the following Monday.
In all cases, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred delivery speed and charge, so you know exactly what you'll be paying before you enter your payment details.
We try to keep our P&P charges as low as possible and we believe we are fair in comparison with the rest of the market.
International:
All orders from outside the UK: You will be invited to choose your country when you go through the checkout process and the international delivery cost will be quoted before you confirm your payment.
